Nestled in the heart of Surgut, Cho Khochesh' is more than just a cafe; it’s a vibrant celebration of Vietnamese cuisine that welcomes locals and visitors alike. Located at Proyezd Druzhby, 14а, this charming eatery has quickly become a beloved spot for those seeking a taste of authentic flavors and a cozy atmosphere.

The moment you step inside Cho Khochesh', you’re enveloped in a warm and inviting ambiance. The decor is a delightful blend of modern aesthetics and traditional Vietnamese elements, creating a relaxing space perfect for a casual meal or a friendly gathering. The aroma of fresh herbs and spices wafts through the air, hinting at the culinary delights that await.

Cho Khochesh' boasts a menu that is both extensive and enticing, featuring popular dishes that highlight the best of Vietnamese cuisine. Patrons rave about the delicious pho bo, a fragrant noodle soup brimming with tender slices of beef and aromatic herbs, making it a must-try for any visitor. Additionally, their selection of fresh oysters provides a delightful oceanic experience, perfect for seafood lovers. However, a few customers have expressed a longing for an expanded beverage selection, particularly a good wine pairing to accompany the meal.

The restaurant is well-loved not only for its mouthwatering dishes but also for its commitment to freshness and quality. According to Юрий Лапотников, a satisfied customer, “the ingredients are fresh, and the service is swift and cheerful.” This positivity is echoed by Евгения Сереброва, who highlights the cleanliness and inviting fragrance that enhances her dining experience.

While some guests like Анна Куклина noted subtle differences in flavor compared to their experiences in Vietnam—like the texture of the squid in the famous tom yum—she still found value in the overall dining experience. With a dedicated children's menu and aesthetically pleasing presentations, Cho Khochesh' makes for an ideal family-friendly destination. Each plate serves not just food but an experience that brings a piece of Vietnam to the heart of Russia.

If you’re in Surgut or planning a visit, make sure to stop by Cho Khochesh'. With its delightful ambiance, delectable offerings, and attentive staff, it promises to deliver a memorable dining experience that captures the rich essence of Vietnamese flavors right in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.
